Sales Support Coordinator - Parsippany, NJ


Provides administrative support for purposes of selling products and/or services and managing relationships with existing named accounts to ensure satisfaction, account retention, and continued revenue growth and profitability.


•         Monthly and Quarterly Client Reporting and all required data maintenance

•         Confirm renewals/terminations for all employer clients/funds, including tracking/notifications to Operations/AM

•         Monthly and weekly customer activity reporting; internal

•         Listens to concerns of customers with regard to current products/services, relaying all concerns to appropriate Account Management.

•         Salesforce admin oversight/support for Group Health Labor and pipeline reporting and liaison for SF enhancements

•         Assist in preparing proposals to Account Executives as need– utilizing One Call Care Management resources and tools

•         Assist in identifying root problems and utilizes existing One Call Care Management processes to enhance satisfaction.

•         Provides administrative support to Group Health Strategic Initiatives

•         Performs other related duties as assigned.

•         If working with federal government contract clients, an employee is required to receive federal government clearance for handling sensitive information. Employee is also required to receive annual security awareness training.


Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.


•         Good understanding of One Call Care Management products and services as well as a strong industry knowledge

•         Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner appropriate to audience including executive levels

•         In-depth understanding of the sales process

•         Requires solid decision-making and problem solving skills

•         Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements

•         Requires excellent time management and organizational skills

•         Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure

•         Excellent follow-up skills in all areas of sales cycle

•         Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public
