Marketing Specialist, Product

Seeking a marketing professional with three (3) to five (5) years’ experience to join our team as a Product Marketing Specialist. The Product Marketing Specialist will assist in executing effective marketing strategies and campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign, and enhancing our lead generation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in engaging the company’s customer base while working with internal partners to create effective tools that will promote the long-term growth of our company.


•Maintains project schedules across multiple delivery channels (i.e. collateral/literature, presentations, communications, email marketing, and One Call Care Management websites).
•Develops and/or utilizes content to aid in the creation of marketing collateral such as emails, printed material, digital content, videos, and more.
•Coordinates creative projects and provides content to the design department, responsible for ensuring all materials are free of errors and the subject matter is clear.
•Ensures brand and marketing consistency with all corporate standards.
•Assists in cross-company marketing initiatives and special projects.
•Performs other related duties as assigned.


Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.


•Knowledge of product and/or program marketing, as well as company policies and practices
•Knowledge of project management methods and techniques to ensure the coordination of people (internal clients and external vendors) and processes to achieve desired outcomes
•Knowledge of marketing product tools and methodologies
•Proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
•Considerable knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•Basic knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
•Considerable knowledge of and Pardot Marketing Automation tools (or similar)
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g. executive, management, individual contributors)
•Proficiency in problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines
•Proficiency to operate independently
