Job Description

Lead Developer

The Lead Developer leads a team of software developer to implement software solutions that help improve business functions.


• Designs solutions and software requirements and puts measures in place for testing.
• Communicates with internal and external customers to facilitate requirements gathering and project implementation.
• Develops applications and database objects using Microsoft’s development tools, as well as SQL Server database management tools.
• Management and coordination of project resources with other team members.
• Demonstrates usage of office equipment (copier and scanner).
• Attends department meetings and participates in training sessions.
• Performs all other duties and assignments as directed by management.


Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Computer Science or related field with five (5) to ten (10) years of experience, or a High school diploma and more than fifteen (15) years of experience in the software development field.


• Ability to lead a team of developers and coordinate tasks.
• Proficient computer skills including coding in C# or other OOP language and extensive knowledge in SQL database.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Time management and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Experienced in using Microsoft Development tools.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional customer service.
