IT Support Specialist II

The IT Support position is responsible for offering IT support and issuing resolutions for office equipment and software.


  • Creates/changes user profiles in COMPASS and Outlook.

  • Sets up workstations (computer and phone) for new hires.

  • Resolves issues with office equipment (phones, computers, etc.).

  • Demonstrates knowledge of office equipment (copier and scanner).

  • Attends department meetings and participates in training sessions.

  • Performs all other duties and assignments as directed by management.


High school diploma or G.E.D.


  • Proficient computer skills and data entry.

  • Critical thinking and problem solving.

  • Time management.

  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.

  • Ability to read/decipher therapy claims.

  • Verbal and written communication skills.

  • Organizational skills.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Exceptional customer service.
