Education Coordinator

The purpose of the Education Coordinator is to develop, implement and maintain the national One Call University program to facilitate pre-determined strategies. This role will report into marketing and may have clinical duties assigned.


• Managing state course offerings, earned credits and issuing certifications

  • Maintain master spreadsheet on educational event attendees

  • Provide sales with follow up attendance list after education event

• Creating and maintaining OCU marketing calendar

• Looking up and becoming familiar with state rules & regulations

• Working with vendor to assemble individualized paperwork for on-site educational events

  • Communicate with field sales to implement requested regional educational events

  • Other light marketing and clinical duties may be assigned


  • 1-2 years of corporate office experience

  • Marketing degree or experience preferred


• Must be detail oriented

• Must be able to manage multiple projects while hitting deadlines

• Must be flexible to change

• Must be proficient in MS Office

• Experience in Continuing Education credits for clinical certifications a plus
