Customer Service Rep

  • As part of a larger team, You’ll work to ensure appointments are schedule for injured workers

  • You’ll use a phone to receive incoming calls while simultaneously using a computer

  • Outgoing calls could be part of your daily activities as well

  • Troubleshooting and resolving a customer’s problem is a particularly rewarding part of your day to day work. Don’t worry, you’ll have to tools you need, including supervisor support

  • There will be things like updating customer information, notating files and processing orders

  • You’ll go home each day with a smile knowing you gave assistance to those that need it


  • No Sales…It’s just not a part of what we do

  • No measure of “average handle time” per customer contact


  • Weekends off to enjoy as you please. Yep… Weekends off! (Can’t say that enough)

  • A handsome starting hourly wage of $12.50

  • One Call acts as a support conduit between Insurance companies and medical providers in support of injured workers across the nation. Our Care Coordinators are organized into the following business units which are designed to get injured workers back on the job by helping them through each step of the process.

    • Diagnostics for initial assessment of the injury

    • Transportation to provide our customers a ride to their appointment

    • Translation for our customers if English is not their preferred language of choice

    • Physical Therapy for those that need to be rehabilitated

    • Medical Equipment for needs such as wheelchairs, etc…

    • Home Health should the patient require in-home care

  • Although we don’t actually perform any of these functions ourselves, we provide the invaluable service of ensuring these appointments are scheduled and confirmed, the rides arrive on time, and the equipment is ordered, shipped and received.


  • Team oriented people that are driven and motivated to always give their best

  • People that can lead by example without getting bogged down by the grind

  • Those that understand and possess such qualities as personal responsibility, reliability and understand the importance of being in your seat each day

  • Accuracy and detail attentiveness are an absolute must-have for our coordinators


  • You’ll need to have at least a high school diploma or GED w/higher degrees welcome

  • Your also going to need to have some skills with a computer

  • The ability to type at least 30 words per minute would be great

  • Previous history focusing on the customer experience is kind of a big deal… It’s what we do
