Job Description

Clinical Specialty Programs - Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator is responsible for utilizing telemarketing efforts to generate revenue for One Call through cross capture initiatives. This individual will be responsible for executing on leads, targeting providers, and coordinating necessary products and services. Consistent follow up with providers until orders for services are obtained and adequately tracking results in salesforce. 

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Markets and targets Providers and Adjusters within the workers compensation industry via telemarketing and/or electronic communication.
  • Uses internal or external data to pursue referrals to One Call.
  • Manages and calls on new/ existing leads from various sources to generate referrals /revenue.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Utilizes One Call Systems and Salesforce to achieve desired results.
  • Obtains orders and documentation from physicians, hospitals, and surgery centers.
  • Works through customer service issues and transactional problems with our customers, providers, and vendors as they occur.
  • Exercises limited decision-making authority within established parameters.
  • Provides excellent customer service.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) or 2 to 10 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be proficient with navigating in Internet Explorer.
  • Strong Follow-up skills are required for this role.
  • Must be a creative problem solver.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • The work environment utilizes florescent lighting; noise level is moderate.
